makeup preparation
MAKEUP Things to do:
Please come with clean, hydrated skin. Please ensure there is no leftover makeup on especially around the eye area.
Wear something that is comfortable and opens at the front i.e. robe, button or zip-up shirt.
If you haven’t submitted photos, bring an inspirational image of the makeup you desire (approved by the Bride of course!) Try to keep a unified group looks as much as possible for photo purposes.
Bring your own pressed powder for touch-ups.
Bring your own lip product for touch-ups unless you would like to use a sample lip product provided in the Priceless Beauty touch-up bags.
Providing your own lashes? Please bring a high-quality NEW set & we will happily apply.
Click the button above to submit your inspirational photos at least 2 weeks before the wedding day.
Wedding Day Set Up:
Staying at a hotel? Please have the concierge bring a bar height chair into the room prior to our arrival.
Please have a cleared-off table set up in front of a window for makeup.
We will also need to be close to a power source if possible.
If you have bar height stools please notify us so we will not bring our own.
The kitchen is usually the ideal setup location for makeup. We are unable to do makeup in washrooms or rooms with little to no natural light.
Things to Consider:
To ensure makeup longevity please avoid touching your face after makeup application. This means no cheek kissing too ladies!
If you are a crier ask your artist for makeup maintaining tear-catching tips.
Avoid products with SPF to reduce the dreaded camera flash glare.
If you are looking to even out your skin tone & have a super gorgeous glow consider having a natural spray tan for the wedding. (Ask us for more details)
hair preparation
HAIR Things to do:
Please wash & blow dry hair the day before the wedding.
Please use little to no conditioner. If conditioner is a must please use sparingly from mid-shaft down.
If you are having clip-in extensions installed please have the Bride pass along the message to us as we need to account for additional time to do so. Please note, there is an additional fee for installing extensions not purchased or rented through Priceless Beauty.
Clip-in extensions must be 100% human hair and in good condition. Please have them washed, air dried, and brushed prior to services. Clip-in extensions must be pre-sewed and trimmed to match.
If you haven’t submitted photos, bring an inspirational image of the hairstyle you desire.
Avoid tight ponytails or braids to avoid kinks or creases prior to your appointment.
Please have your hair brushed and tangle-free prior to sitting down for styling.
Please have the bride notify Priceless Beauty if you have specialty hair requests or concerns.
Click the button above to submit your inspirational photos at least 2 weeks before the wedding day.
Wedding Day Set Up:
Staying at a hotel? Please have the concierge bring low-back chairs into the room prior to our arrival.
Please have a cleared-off table set up near a power source.
If you do not have low-back chairs (such as a folding chair or typical kitchen chair) please notify us & we will bring our own.
The dining room is usually the ideal setup location for hair.
We are unable to provide services in the washroom.
If the bedroom is the hair set up area there will need to be a table set up near a power source & lighting.
Things to consider:
Updo’s have the best holding power on humid & hot days.
Consider using a clarifying shampoo leading up to the wedding to reduce buildup in the hair. This will give your hair more body & hold the style better.
Most Pinterest inspirations have extensions so consider having them if you want a fuller more voluminous look. Click Here for more details about our hair extensions.
